<p>Here&#8217;s the recipe if you ever are unfortunate enough to get poison oak:</p>

250 ml water<br />
About 2 tbsp baking powder (not soda&#8230;as we  stated incorrectly in the video!)</p>
<ol>
<li>Put oatmeal and water in a saucepan. Bring  to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 10 min. It should be a  thick, sticky consistency.</li>
<li>Add  the powder slowly and mix in. Keep adding until it&#8217;s the right  consistency. You want it to be glue like, similar to paper mache.</li>
<li>While it&#8217;s still hot (but not burning) use a  utensil to put it on the affected areas. The heat will also help with  the itching.</li>
<li>Leave it on for  about 20 min, until it cools and dries out. Scrape it off carefully and  take a shower.</li>
